Pancakes These are always a sure hit!
1 1/4 cups flour Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the egg, sour cream and milk. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until they are just combined. If you like your pancakes on the thinner side, add a little more milk to the batter. Heat a greased skillet over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter in the skillet for each pancake. Cook until the top is bubbly and the edges look slightly dry. Turn and cook on the other side until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup. Variation: |
